These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ally mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using Ally, you agree to these Terms.

Ally is a digital wellness and informational tool designed to help users better understand body-related patterns, signals, habits, and self-reported experiences through guided in-app flows and AI-supported responses.
Ally does not provide medical care, medical diagnosis, or treatment.
Ally is provided for informational and wellness-support purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not replace a physician, licensed medical professional, or emergency services.
You should not rely on Ally as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, seek immediate help from a qualified healthcare provider.
To access some features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.

You retain responsibility for the information, answers, and content you submit into Ally. By submitting content, you grant us a limited right to process it as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Some features of Ally may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms, trial offers, renewal terms, and available features may be shown in the app before purchase.
If you purchase a subscription through Apple App Store or another platform, billing and cancellation are generally handled by that platform, subject to its terms and policies.
If a free trial is offered, it may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends, subject to the billing rules of the platform through which you subscribed.
You are responsible for reviewing the purchase terms shown to you at the time of subscription.
Ally, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, workflows, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that Ally will be error-free, fully accurate, fully reliable, or meet your specific expectations or outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create legal or security risks, or where continued access is no longer commercially or technically feasible.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, the website, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
